The short version
- Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in, protect forms and remember your cookie choice. They do not need consent.
- Preference cookies remember the language and price currency you picked.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) are set only after you click Accept analytics. Reject is just as easy, and you can change your choice any time under Cookie settings in the footer.
- We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local or session storage, work in a comparable way. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of them.
Under EU ePrivacy rules we may set cookies that are strictly necessary for the service you request without asking. All other cookies need your consent, which you give or refuse in the cookie banner.

Google Analytics
If you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are viewed. We use Google's Consent Mode: until you accept, analytics storage is denied and the Google Analytics script is not loaded at all. Advertising features, Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off.
Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC process this data as described in our Privacy Policy. If you later withdraw consent, we stop sending data to Google Analytics and delete its cookies from your browser.
Stripe checkout
When you pay or manage your subscription, you are taken to pages hosted by Stripe (checkout.stripe.com and billing.stripe.com). Stripe sets its own cookies there for payment processing and fraud prevention. Those cookies are governed by Stripe's own cookie and privacy policies; Stripe does not set cookies on leadscouter.app.
Error monitoring
We use Sentry to detect errors and performance problems in the app. In our configuration the Sentry browser script does not set cookies or use local storage, does not record sessions, and does not attach personal data by default. Error reports are filtered to remove passwords, tokens and similar secrets. We rely on our legitimate interest in a working, secure service for this.
Managing your choices
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the Cookie settings link in the website footer. Withdrawing consent stops analytics immediately and removes Google Analytics cookies.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, signing in and other parts of LeadScouter will not work.
Changes and contact
We update this policy when the cookies we use change; the date at the top shows the latest version. If we add a new category of cookies that needs consent, we will ask you again. Questions: privacy@leadscouter.app.
