You may use LeadScouter only for lawful business activity and only in ways that fit the product's intended workflow, including search, audit, export, and workspace follow-up features.

You are responsible for account access, the content you store in notes and tags, and any downstream use of exported data or generated audit summaries.

Preview functionality may remain free where the product states that it is free, while deeper actions such as audits use credits according to the current pricing and billing model shown in the product.

We may change available plans, credit allocations, and feature packaging over time. Nothing on this page guarantees a permanent pricing structure unless separately agreed in writing.

LeadScouter helps identify potentially pitchable weaknesses and organize follow-up, but it does not guarantee lead quality, campaign performance, client conversion, or commercial success.

Audit findings, scores, and AI-generated summaries are operational aids. They should be treated as support for decision-making, not as absolute factual guarantees.

We may update, refine, suspend, or remove parts of the service as the product evolves. That includes workflows, design, integrations, and account-level limits.

If the service becomes unavailable, delayed, or incomplete, our goal is to restore operation, but this page does not create a separate uptime or support commitment.
